Creatives, graphic designers and CSS/XHTML designers. We're always interested to hear from experienced freelance help.
Creatives should possess strong conceptual skills, and be capable of visualising their ideas on screen using Photoshop and Flash.
CSS/XHTML designers need to be able to take conceptual screens and work them up to produce fully validated W3C compliant (min level 2) CSS based XHTML.
