Enosi Limited trades exclusively on the internet and are an authorised distributor of the Helix range of Home and Office Security products. We were approached to deliver an e-commerce web site for the 'from the ground up' as they had no previous experience of trading online.
As well as all the usual steps we would go through during the project lifecycle - planning, scoping, creative / user interface design, content preparation, technical build and testing - we assisted Enosi with the pragmatic details. This included advice on setting up their merchant account, liasing with a payment gateway provider and establishing their delivery and returns policies.
The e-commerce engine (JShop) is customised to present the site effectively and provides control over all aspects of the product catalogue. Additional, bespoke CMS modules are used for other marketing based site content.
