Meritas was formed in 2008 by a former National President of the organisation promoting standards of professionalism in recruitment and the CEO of a leading Financial Services Recruitment Group. Cite was approached to help Meritas establish themselves in an already congested marketplace in a challenging economic climate.
This marketing web site, which showcases the company's main areas of expertise includes a back-end system which stores all candidate enquiries and acts as a repository for all office-based administration, including CV versioning and an option to record candidate history etc.
As well as the design and build of the site, Cite were responsible for creating the visual identity for the company. This has been rolled out across other web-based marketing activity, such as branded e-mail flyers which assist in driving traffic and candidate registrations.
