Founded in Leicester in 1914, Pex is the UK's leading branded children's hosiery supplier with a conservative estimate of 50 per cent share of the independent retail market.
Pex approached us last year to manage a complete overhaul of their online strategy. In doing so, we needed to really understand their business requirements and listened carefully to the company’s key objectives. The site now exists as a complete product catalogue. Products have enlarged view and swatch view options.
Stockists can log-in to view the same product range with pricing displayed, allowing them to place orders directly online. They can then view an order history and manage multiple delivery addresses. All stockists on the system are managed by Pex via an administration area.
The site includes a postcode driven stockist search, fitting guides and an interesting gallery of retrospective advertising material.
