Turner & Co are commercial insurance brokers and independent financial advisers providing broking services to clients across the UK for all classes of Business Insurance, Risk Management and Personal Insurances. Their Independent Financial Advisers provide expert advice on corporate and individual Life Assurances, Pensions and Investments.
This project covered two distinct phases. The first was to update the web site to present the company effectively and simply and to organise a high volume of content into a meaningful structure. The look-and-feel of the site dovetails with existing print material.
The second phase was to allow their clients to complete standard claim forms online to reduce administrative effort back at the office. This was achieved by implementing software that transforms HTML into PDF format with the claimants details captured, making them secure, easily printable and simple to file.
