Brand development services for Datum

Over the last few months, our web designers have been working closely with Datum to create the branding and corporate identity for their new data centre business. As with many of our projects, the brand development work was referred to us by recommendation.

The project included helping create the name for the business, and followed on with the brand development. We are now moving forward with developing the company’s website and offline marketing material.

The process began with our web designers interviewing the client and completing a branding questionnaire. The purpose was to fully understand their business objectives and ensure the resulting brand reflected their vision and character, positioning them correctly within their marketplace. A full competitor analysis was also conducted, along with other research pertinent to their industry.

Branding is one of the most important stages a business can go through. Whether it is introducing a start-up business or giving an established company a refresh, creating a memorable brand is a vital ingredient of a successful company strategy.
