Cite Launches OMS Website
Cite are happy to announce that we’ve just launched a new website for OMS, a leading UK training course provider. The website was designed to reach people across a range of industries, and offers courses in health and safety, fire and first aid, site safety, teacher training, and leadership and management.
The site allows people to browse the hundreds of courses OMS provides, learn more about each training course and the different types of certification, and book those courses as either individuals or groups.
To keep the website interactive, we’ve also included a Twitter feed, short videos, and a blog.
The training course website uses a Joomla framework, with specific modules integrated to allow greater functionality including event management, group and individual booking, and online payment.
With such a large course catalogue, administrators needed an easy-to-use content management system, and the site was built with that in mind. OMS staff can easily add courses and descriptions, and the system will automatically filter in the correct accreditation logo and on-page video. Administrators can also choose to disable the online payment if they would prefer to have people phone them to book a specific course.
