We’re pleased to announce the launch of a new website for XXX Mints, one of the UK’s leading brands for extra strong mints.  The website targets consumers interested in learning more about XXX Mints and is the first in a series of brand websites Cite will be developing for parent company Big Bear Confectionery Limited.

Since XXX Mints didn’t have an online presence to start from, we worked closely with their internal marketing team to create a style and content that would best reflect the brand online. The design includes large imagery, fun facts, and social media to engage visitors. We also created a “Horrible History” style character named Maximus Mintus, an entrepreneurial centurion who sold mint cakes in bags of 30 (XXX).

To promote XXX Mints’ sponsorship of the Leicester Tigers, the site has launched with a spot-the-ball competition, where one lucky winner will receive a replica Leicester Tigers kit. Hundreds of XXX Mints tubes are also being given away. A new competition will run each month through to the end of the 2014/2015 Rugby Season.

We have also launched a Facebook Page for XXX Mints and continue to work closely with XXX Mints’ marketing team to keep the page updated and engaging.
