We’re pleased to announce the launch of a new website for Nicky Tissue. The site combines Nicky’s corporate UK website with its “Trees with Nicky” microsite, providing visitors with all they need to know about the brand.

We worked closely with Nicky Tissue’s marketing team to determine the types of visitors to the site and their needs. The site includes a comprehensive product catalogue and useful tools to accommodate these different user journeys.

A store locator tool lets customers find the nearest Nicky Tissue retailer with a city and post-code look up. Results are displayed in a Google map, and the closest retailers are also listed along with the Nicky products they stock. Business customers can use the tool to find Nicky Tissue wholesalers.

The website also includes a multi-tiered customer care form.  The form is divided into personal and business customers, with tailored questions depending on the type of enquiry they have.

The “Trees with Nicky” section highlights Nicky’s partnership with the Woodland Trust. This area of the site retains the same branding as the rest of the site, but has its own colour scheme and templates. It also includes a “tree counter” that automatically updates the number of trees Nicky Tissue has planted with the Woodland Trust.

The launch of the UK site will soon be followed with a Nicky Tissue site for Ireland.
