An ambitious brand for a leading tech specialist

The challenge.

Connect are independent communications experts, developing bespoke integrated network solutions that join up employee and customer communications across platforms, sites and countries. But when it came to their brand, they lacked the clarity and consistency to stand out in a busy marketplace.

The insight.

We dived straight in with our Discovery process. Conducting a market and competitor review, while holding workshops with senior stakeholders. Digging in to the heart of the brand, it became clear that the Connect’s purpose was simple – to help people communicate better. 

The creative.

Starting with the website, our new brand delivered a new vibrant, people-focused look and feel for Connect, all while laying out our message of better communications for better business. Even Covid couldn’t stop us, as we ran online workshops to plan the architecture and functionality of the site.
