We’re happy to announce the launch of a new Facebook competition for Cafédirect. The competition promotes Cafédirect’s “Made the Small Way” campaign and invites users to enter for a chance to win a year’s supply of coffee.
Regular readers of our blog may know that we’ve already developed several Facebook competitions for Cafédirect, but the Made the Small Way competition includes two new features that are designed to improve brand awareness and engage users. First, the competition centres on a promotional video embedded within the app that explains the relationship that Cafédirect has with its small farmers. In order to enter, users must watch the video and answer a multiple-choice question about the content. Unlike previous competitions where all users were given the same question, this competition randomly selects one of six questions to give the user. This allows Cafédirect to promote multiple messages from the video and helps restrict cheating.
