We’ve just launched a new Facebook competition app for the UK travel agency, iExplore. The app invites users to share their “thrillaxing” photos and videos for a chance to win the “trip of a lifetime.”
The new app was developed in partnership with iExplore’s PR agency, the TVC Group. Using an integrated multimedia uploader, users can enter their photos or videos and explain what made the experience so special. They can then share their entry with friends and family on Facebook and invite them to vote. An image gallery shows all entries and can be filtered chronologically or by popularity.
Following the online voting, the top ten finalists will be sent to iExplore for final judging, and the winner will receive a trip worth £5,000. Runners up prizes include a chance to star in a YouTube film, and the first 500 entrants will receive an iExplore t-shirt.
The “Trip of a Lifetime” competition is open until December 16.
