The challenge.

Selling overseas is notoriously complicated. Bureaucracy, red tape… Brexit. To counter this Santander developed a portal for their UK business clients that simplified things, helping businesses navigate the complexities of selling abroad with tangible support and advice. And if there’s any product that’s up our street, it’s one that makes simplicity out of complexity. In just 6 weeks we created and produced a campaign for the London launch event to the SME market with government trade ministers and the business press in attendance.

The insight.

For many UK businesses, the idea of trading internationally suggests a nightmare of red tape, bureaucracy and extra costs. Santander Navigator changes all that with expert guidance across a range of sectors and countries. Making everything smoother and easier. And giving us a clear key benefit to communicate: Simplicity.

The creative.

Our campaign positioned Navigator as the powerful, simple way to do business internationally. With a tell-it-like-it-is approach, we painted a picture devoid of complexity and hassle. With national press, digital display ads and out-of-home in key London locations, we assured the audience that taking their business overseas was now easier than ever.

Results.

Our campaign generated a wave of positive feedback on social and Santander have asked us to develop it further to integrate the reporting into their Marketing Automation platform. Quite simply, it’s a hit.
